Netflix opened for company in 1997 like a mail-purchase membership service for cinephiles that provided a vast library of films for hire. But in February 2007, at almost exactly the same time the company was celebrating the delivery of its billionth DVD, Netflix was also in the whole process of transitioning to streaming. And it was not just licens
